It's time for Bluebonnet voting

It's time for students in grades 3-6 to vote for their favorite book on this year's Bluebonnet list.

Votes are due to TLA before midnight on January 31. Click here for more voting information.

In MISD, we also like to tabulate a district winner. After you submit your votes to TLA, please click the link below and enter your numbers into our form.

  3. I liked both of those too. Seems we may not have a clear cut favorite this year.

  4. I voted for Out of My Mind. It was one of my favorite books for the entire year. But I also loved Mirror Mirror and Goal! There has not been a clear favorite in any of my classes. Every class has picked a different winner so far. It will be close vote!

  6. My vote goes to Out of My Mind; it says so much to so many of us. I would like for all my upper grade teachers to do this as a read aloud to their classes.

  8. My choice would certainly be Out of My Mind. I felt that it can really help others better understand what some people may be going through.

  9. My choice was by far Out of My Mind! Two of my Sixth Grade classes have shared it as a read aloud and lOVED it! Too bad not enough had read the five books to vote...The teachers said they couldn't believe how the whole class has responded to the book.
